Made some goodie bags for Emma's class party on Friday and a little Halloween card. Kept the bags super simple and fast, since I had to make 28 of them. Love how they turned out though!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_RwNpQpLErnh1WChn4K0u_sLAOO8DSkuUyrZ8nJNJvpSCHiQSe6T10bwM9Hye-awLjwLaLwRwPlXfglJzpe8BjnTtU0CW15IXj688Z_zRK4Wl-S9qDcGQRrf4AZyHysrCdf9R0kwXpw/s1600/Stuff+and+Cards+033.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5532019289471532610" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_RwNpQpLErnh1WChn4K0u_sLAOO8DSkuUyrZ8nJNJvpSCHiQSe6T10bwM9Hye-awLjwLaLwRwPlXfglJzpe8BjnTtU0CW15IXj688Z_zRK4Wl-S9qDcGQRrf4AZyHysrCdf9R0kwXpw/s320/Stuff+and+Cards+033.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvsAphUYNH3c_fgeC_XMj-bdeAtU2Q6UoOhm16yGXlumLc1zsyxcdleE_PBCnaESAq_giVgvu9nKWolyDNbYdAnGz4f8UfXYS80MTkMRqn_GFCm-8NEafjfSDH-SPRrWVJrhvukl0QMw/s1600/Stuff+and+Cards+027.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5532019280472569858" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvsAphUYNH3c_fgeC_XMj-bdeAtU2Q6UoOhm16yGXlumLc1zsyxcdleE_PBCnaESAq_giVgvu9nKWolyDNbYdAnGz4f8UfXYS80MTkMRqn_GFCm-8NEafjfSDH-SPRrWVJrhvukl0QMw/s320/Stuff+and+Cards+027.JPG" /></a> Plan on making a few more Halloween treats....hopefully...<br /><div></div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com13tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-84335048741781876832009-08-29T14:16:00.000-07:002009-08-30T06:49:01.450-07:00A Little RecyclingA couple of the shirts I bought for my daughter for school came with these really cute tags on them. It says "So", the letters are raised and I thought it would be really cute on a card so I saved the tags. I used one on this card that I will be sending in her lunch next week.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEha4jDLvf7ee98rDM0g9tf1jf6qub31u7DTGMlQuODGY-6isnsDNdK_avAunWj0cybYhoi-TboO3CSd7cIXZyoOUkzOAYbGq49gkjr9yQkEqEJvH9SBtxXOKfo7qXV1EvxdUagRcTwXkw/s1600-h/So+Sweet+Card+003.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5375497923902049186" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEha4jDLvf7ee98rDM0g9tf1jf6qub31u7DTGMlQuODGY-6isnsDNdK_avAunWj0cybYhoi-TboO3CSd7cIXZyoOUkzOAYbGq49gkjr9yQkEqEJvH9SBtxXOKfo7qXV1EvxdUagRcTwXkw/s320/So+Sweet+Card+003.JPG" /></a> The stamps are from The Angel Company, paterned paper is from DCWV, ribbon from Michaels. I colored the chick with my Prismacolor Pencils and used Palette Burnt Umber ink to stamp "sweet" and to ink the edges around the chick.<br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-29250339105332647212009-08-28T08:44:00.000-07:002009-08-30T06:48:27.023-07:00First Halloween Card of the SeasonIt's definitely time to start with the Fall projects. Yesterday I pulled out some of my Halloween stamps and made this card. Hopefully the first of many!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFuKAfEnrNbzD3cSamh7iK8YnCTGzLZHfZWnX714eQR_sVwszcv30pGttgiBdms5JyC4Y-Zq8a5WGpteyE-n4Tgf7Y0R7vb5qxDpR8l1BM7hUAH9iRpX4hiA9qtiZH0FfH9wqGN8Juag/s1600-h/Halloween+Card+003.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5375041873333821890" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFuKAfEnrNbzD3cSamh7iK8YnCTGzLZHfZWnX714eQR_sVwszcv30pGttgiBdms5JyC4Y-Zq8a5WGpteyE-n4Tgf7Y0R7vb5qxDpR8l1BM7hUAH9iRpX4hiA9qtiZH0FfH9wqGN8Juag/s320/Halloween+Card+003.JPG" /></a> The stamp is from The Angel Company, ribbon from Michael's, the brad in the corner is from Around the Block. I cut a circle out of a piece of printer paper with my Coluzzle circle template. Laid it over the cardstock and sponged on Pumpkin Spice VersaMagic ink with a make-up sponge. Then I just stamped over that with my black ink. Such a cool effect! I will definitely be playing with that some more and with different shapes.<br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-37743467367572451092009-08-27T07:18:00.000-07:002009-08-30T06:49:20.269-07:00Hello!I just made this card yesterday to send to a friend. These are a couple of tags that I made using the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=4946&cid=195&pid=110">Mega Scalloped Oval Punch</a>. To make them you just punch the oval from a folded piece of cardstock. Just align your punch so that it goes slightly over the folded edge of the cardstock to keep the layers connected otherwise you will just end up with two ovals. Once you have them punched, decorate the fronts however you like. The one on the right I even ran through the Cuttlebug using the Spider Web embossing folder. I used the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=889&cid=195&pid=110">Extra Jumbo Circle Punch</a> to punch out the spiders. Unfortunately the stamps are from a retired set. It was only available as a Stamp of the Month last year and has not been available since. It's a shame too because it is such a cute set.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7cxMKvB0mR2USrUlAbtLpKsi_bWANrOWbZQBqaSbNjr94fSsM7d973jfnVkKOrFVN1pRjw73a4cHhvthKU8_BuuFjcd1xp1fCdnH3dX66GkKLTHg-Mq1XYxQQsV0sqOdOyLtV5II9ag/s1600-h/Emmas+Birthday+157.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5255175482127481490" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7cxMKvB0mR2USrUlAbtLpKsi_bWANrOWbZQBqaSbNjr94fSsM7d973jfnVkKOrFVN1pRjw73a4cHhvthKU8_BuuFjcd1xp1fCdnH3dX66GkKLTHg-Mq1XYxQQsV0sqOdOyLtV5II9ag/s320/Emmas+Birthday+157.JPG" /></a> I am really loving these tags like this. This is going to be a really fun and easy way to make tags/gift cards for all of the holidays.<br /><br />~Michelle<br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-6678133062449665602008-09-28T08:56:00.000-07:002009-08-30T06:50:38.992-07:00Let's Do Coffee!I made this card for a Quick & Easy challenge. Since we couldn't find any Barbie stamps or stickers, she ended up picking a package of Little Mermaid stickers. Since all of the stickers are different images and sizes, I decided that I would just make all of the invitations different. They all share the same colors I just changed the layouts and embellishments on them to suit the size of the image since some are considerably larger than the others. Here are four of the designs . . .<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdTpD5sT8AJ-ZXgcZkumQBC6bPSsNG5BOqAGYIilZTnez5UygIEeZKCLeDrn0o_-dyBEmw_XhBNY8dZK5gdhj3G9nyZuhxW8hw4KaYPdfi6LV15Kerltm3tRS6pjqZw2njiCig0wXLfw/s1600-h/Emma's+Invites+003.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250047580831607778" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdTpD5sT8AJ-ZXgcZkumQBC6bPSsNG5BOqAGYIilZTnez5UygIEeZKCLeDrn0o_-dyBEmw_XhBNY8dZK5gdhj3G9nyZuhxW8hw4KaYPdfi6LV15Kerltm3tRS6pjqZw2njiCig0wXLfw/s320/Emma's+Invites+003.JPG" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxIFNAOHQEZ68RlKPQAotFPE6TXg8P6eFp5PA-t2Q1E-Y5vHogrbHjTz_dhwsiWP1UjoFy1tcQ4vz4bvFtLP2mSzBf4J1gk4rANYVv3soHsiQA77FZ23bnyZ5ftufh5hdXRcl33Vfhig/s1600-h/Emma's+Invites+006.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250047585441517682" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxIFNAOHQEZ68RlKPQAotFPE6TXg8P6eFp5PA-t2Q1E-Y5vHogrbHjTz_dhwsiWP1UjoFy1tcQ4vz4bvFtLP2mSzBf4J1gk4rANYVv3soHsiQA77FZ23bnyZ5ftufh5hdXRcl33Vfhig/s320/Emma's+Invites+006.JPG" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5vAmjoQRai9xdjqssLEwnAgEqjUM1U35kklZGFzcuxkBPLRYW7HHD6Vd5kC0rYIa0evfF3mPqEjmycqRB2zecDKZan95Gd2i88a9qZpckfXUDV3tNxWp5MowbVNdRT6uTJH5fOx6vjg/s1600-h/Emma's+Invites+008.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250047591694533666" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5vAmjoQRai9xdjqssLEwnAgEqjUM1U35kklZGFzcuxkBPLRYW7HHD6Vd5kC0rYIa0evfF3mPqEjmycqRB2zecDKZan95Gd2i88a9qZpckfXUDV3tNxWp5MowbVNdRT6uTJH5fOx6vjg/s320/Emma's+Invites+008.JPG" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1yuVzJOGVhqluE1wF49wtyxtV6EmtXMYucjYlZi6gGV0ABW820Urioy8UWXakkrIktoVqMXwLxQzz5PIpSRX6s9NM4ZdME8B1Y4DzohcsEOj32AMYAY9qahbKiXuwJpjalrnoAjpLqA/s1600-h/Emma's+Invites+010.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250047595560708642" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1yuVzJOGVhqluE1wF49wtyxtV6EmtXMYucjYlZi6gGV0ABW820Urioy8UWXakkrIktoVqMXwLxQzz5PIpSRX6s9NM4ZdME8B1Y4DzohcsEOj32AMYAY9qahbKiXuwJpjalrnoAjpLqA/s320/Emma's+Invites+010.JPG" /></a><br /><div>Emma loves them! It's cool and rainy now but they are saying it is supposed to be in the 80's the rest of the week. Not good news for me...i'm ready for the cooler weather. But, even if the weather doesn't quite feel like it I can do some Fall stamping projects.<br /><br />In doing so, I think I may have a new favorite Halloween stamp set! This haunted house stamp is part of a new set that was just released with the TAC Fall Supplement. All of the images in the set are bold like this house so there is no coloring and they look really good stamped over paterned paper. For this card I used the Cha Cha papers and cardstock which work really well for Halloween.<br /><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy2dUH5ewYFhgT0wDH4bj1vGURoeg-9wzU6olYbLgE-QNzhT0bfErMg0IuaEwkl0a3boaXrkjxDknSmTmaaBu5AX3LqKcRyUH20Fdc6a9d6fly_zZ1Q8c-KfWiqpYePTdv-VVDbcILrA/s1600-h/Haunted+House+Card+003+-+Copy.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248834880694177730" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy2dUH5ewYFhgT0wDH4bj1vGURoeg-9wzU6olYbLgE-QNzhT0bfErMg0IuaEwkl0a3boaXrkjxDknSmTmaaBu5AX3LqKcRyUH20Fdc6a9d6fly_zZ1Q8c-KfWiqpYePTdv-VVDbcILrA/s320/Haunted+House+Card+003+-+Copy.JPG" /></a> Stamps: <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=4991&cid=265">Halloween Town</a>, <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2908&cid=137&pid=103">Happy Haunting</a>, and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2039&cid=113&pid=103">Running Stitches</a><br /><br />Paper/Cardstock: <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2296&cid=168&pid=162">Cha Cha Soar With It Collection</a>, and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=944&cid=153&pid=110">Cha Cha Cardstock</a><br /><br />Embellishments: <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2472&cid=181&pid=110">Cha Cha Hardware</a><br /><br />Ink: <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3929&cid=211&pid=188">Palette Noir</a>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-87423591575780007962008-09-21T11:08:00.000-07:002008-09-21T11:15:00.204-07:00September SOTMThere is still time to get this one before the end of the month! <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=4982&cid=264">Click here</a> to order.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwJ8PrF5HLYCAgP226Gn6E9rwoA3pXlBYjeLTwVMV7Z_tPLiNWgSISFbADIzL41uDWwOcRwy9O2z_XEtZbkfvXA9OeU-8ngIN4jROK6iH74e6qLfy85q9VO-5PThYTlzXQHXP7a3rGFQ/s1600-h/Sept08SOTM.gif"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248538164181415682" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwJ8PrF5HLYCAgP226Gn6E9rwoA3pXlBYjeLTwVMV7Z_tPLiNWgSISFbADIzL41uDWwOcRwy9O2z_XEtZbkfvXA9OeU-8ngIN4jROK6iH74e6qLfy85q9VO-5PThYTlzXQHXP7a3rGFQ/s320/Sept08SOTM.gif" border="0" /></a><br /><div>I Remember When TAC-2822 • set of 9 • $13.95*</div><div></div><div>Compatible Acrylic Blocks: 1 1/2" x 1 1/2", 1 1/2" x 4", 2" x 2", 3"x3", 3"x5", 4"x4"</div><div> </div><div></div><div>When you purchase $30.00* in merchandise, I Remember When (Retail Value $19.95) can be yours for a special price!</div><div> </div><div></div><div>*Net total before shipping and handling and applicable tax. We had some great Fall like weather for a bit, but for the last week we have been hit with 80 degree weather. I'm ready for fall though so i've started on some Halloween stuff! I just got one of the new Halloween stamp sets that TAC just released that I plan on playing with today. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/Default.aspx?cid=265">Fall Supplement</a> here to see all of the new releases for Fall!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDbr-pFPPVOHjA_UpFqiOT81XjVeI_u0GIClX8OtY9j7ADT7xoSbOyMgAzVToh4W11XnDU28F4QOcUa79njYwpZQGc-bUubE9p2PfP20avsKeBHcVeCVoy_2HlKFv3ss9jIYkNgkLSmw/s1600-h/ScaredyCatCardtwo.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248461247140066866" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDbr-pFPPVOHjA_UpFqiOT81XjVeI_u0GIClX8OtY9j7ADT7xoSbOyMgAzVToh4W11XnDU28F4QOcUa79njYwpZQGc-bUubE9p2PfP20avsKeBHcVeCVoy_2HlKFv3ss9jIYkNgkLSmw/s320/ScaredyCatCardtwo.JPG" /></a> For this card I used the Distressed Halloween set from Inque Boutique to stamp the background. I used the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3895&cid=211&pid=188">Orangerie</a> and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3910&cid=211&pid=188">French Lilac</a> and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3929&cid=211&pid=188">Noir</a> Palette ink pads. The cat is from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2908&cid=137&pid=103">Happy Haunting</a> stamp set which is still one of my favorites!Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-2558796012224137062008-09-19T09:07:00.000-07:002009-08-30T06:52:53.811-07:00Finally, some stamping! Here is a card that I just made for a stamping friend's birthday. After I got everything stamped and was considering extra embellishments I decided to just leave it the way it was. Sometimes when I look at cards in magazines, etc., things tend to get over embellished. It was hard to resist adding more, but I am happy with how simple it is.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxlS0t8mTPcNki4KPZ-CuyQLoctEXY8ANoa_Xyn-4HiZv5w55AR1Okd9HJKsPBtdZ5I9Ar1QNp-oQtNEQQQUrsozQKQ2VWKTZLq1tRIU4UoygLT2v0RPUND8Is8GjWf4sU38YpLYI1Mw/s1600-h/Circle+Bird+004.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5247765072186732754" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxlS0t8mTPcNki4KPZ-CuyQLoctEXY8ANoa_Xyn-4HiZv5w55AR1Okd9HJKsPBtdZ5I9Ar1QNp-oQtNEQQQUrsozQKQ2VWKTZLq1tRIU4UoygLT2v0RPUND8Is8GjWf4sU38YpLYI1Mw/s320/Circle+Bird+004.JPG" /></a><br /><div>For this card I used some DCWV cardstock and paterned paper. Stamps are from <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=4317&cid=104&pid=103" target="new">Deco Designs</a> and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3856&cid=109&pid=103" target="new">Circle Sampler</a>. The edges are inked with <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3927&cid=211&pid=188" target="new">Burnt Umber Palette</a> ink and the circle is stamped with Aegean Blue Brilliance. The punches are the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2402&cid=195&pid=110" target="new">Mega Scalloped Circle</a> and the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=4948&cid=195&pid=110" target="new">Super Jumbo Scalloped Circle</a>.</div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-58622776520191074292007-12-15T08:16:00.000-08:002009-08-30T06:57:31.233-07:00Hershey's Nugget Boxes!I really wanted to do those Hershey's Nuggets that everyone has been making, however I never ordered any of the tins and really didn't want the extra expense of the tins. While at the store yesterday I bought a couple of bags of the Nuggets and figured that I would decorate them and just put them in some decorated bags to give as little gifts for the holidays.<br /><br />While running through my supplies in my head trying to think of which bags I might use to put them in, it dawned on me that I have all of these little plastic boxes that I have saved from The Angel Company's gift with purchase (GWP) stamps. If you don't know what the GWP stamps are, they are the ones you get free with every $30 in orders. I always save the boxes that mine come in because they are great for storing little embellishments, etc. Turns out they work well for nuggets too!<br /><br />Here is the outside of the box. I just cut a piece of cardstock to fit the top which is about 2 1/2" x 2 3/8". For this one I embossed a piece of cream cardstock with one of my holiday Cuttlebug embossing folders, punched it out with a scalloped circle punch, and added some Crystal Stickles to the snowflakes to give it some sparkle. Easy!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKgG8VyHcEfxlfBRlIijfz_aO6oxucqOU8oFLjPN2mkpteYisNh7UuS55TPRhOLVmfsvfJM4bcdqz3f2RM18f_cIIpb6C7rpwTz6vVTKZ1s87BlkLSYyA3WTBK-vnAJxPXsdxlObZuIQ/s1600-h/Nugget+Boxes+001.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5144235072242909538" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKgG8VyHcEfxlfBRlIijfz_aO6oxucqOU8oFLjPN2mkpteYisNh7UuS55TPRhOLVmfsvfJM4bcdqz3f2RM18f_cIIpb6C7rpwTz6vVTKZ1s87BlkLSYyA3WTBK-vnAJxPXsdxlObZuIQ/s320/Nugget+Boxes+001.JPG" /></a><br />I used Papertrey's Holiday Treats stamp set to decorate the nuggets by stamping on the Avery address labels. Just stamp your label and wrap one around each Nugget.<br /><br /><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_xe1n88G70inXEC9-EkFjWSll4zr0kwhAtA6eAd5dHwvHrEXrvhNRK5yR2bPVJ14Ta38LNs-7EB3cKieWOZN18HSg4Ie_tI0mRsltEUBfgVfs3VqtX71IGRdkp8fnEF2_0xfu2uNMEA/s1600-h/Nugget+Boxes+007.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5144235076537876850" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_xe1n88G70inXEC9-EkFjWSll4zr0kwhAtA6eAd5dHwvHrEXrvhNRK5yR2bPVJ14Ta38LNs-7EB3cKieWOZN18HSg4Ie_tI0mRsltEUBfgVfs3VqtX71IGRdkp8fnEF2_0xfu2uNMEA/s320/Nugget+Boxes+007.JPG" /></a> I also made a small card to attach inside the bottom of the box. This was cut to the same size as the piece for the lid. I stamped a little holiday message on the bottom. For this one I used stamps from <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2032&cid=117&pid=103" target="new">Tis The Season</a>. My inks for the labels and the card on the bottom were Palette <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3902&cid=204&pid=200" target="new">Moulin Rouge</a> and <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=3924&cid=204&pid=200" target="new">Jardin Moss</a>. These two colors are beautiful for Christmas!</p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4CRtpldFV4zNj5qgw5H-hi9_Vpo6ftiTUu2E11qsaSXc9FTHS4ghWUJGzbV5j_cLmOpeXz4fRjaFnRjQHK2v7j9XFoI3X6XE4CAM8vl7kgryH3lG7XmN0TZL-93r_J_Q1cTrWxHrwWg/s1600-h/Nugget+Boxes+011.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5144235076537876866" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4CRtpldFV4zNj5qgw5H-hi9_Vpo6ftiTUu2E11qsaSXc9FTHS4ghWUJGzbV5j_cLmOpeXz4fRjaFnRjQHK2v7j9XFoI3X6XE4CAM8vl7kgryH3lG7XmN0TZL-93r_J_Q1cTrWxHrwWg/s320/Nugget+Boxes+011.JPG" /></a><br />And there you have it...so, don't forget to save those little GWP boxes! </p>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com210tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-79573970565188574842007-12-13T11:06:00.000-08:002009-08-30T06:56:36.521-07:00Reindeer JoyHere is the card that I made for this week's sketch over on the 2P's board. The winner is going to get some button brads, no-set eyelets, some really cute chipboard tags, a cherries stamp, and a set of 5 little word stamps which are...explore, discover, imagine, dream, and journey. Here is a picture of all the little goodies...<br /> <br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPFToJJjhnx-3PvjQ0pAC_Gmeh8jNJvg8O2xF4U6EltJhrC-jpfyUxixZIJoeyda58nqDXddS_JTevA1hyphenhyphen-7XkN_chyphenhyphenNfbA7iIUV2MilfK6Mq5y1thDx0cPlakU9-LKD1nyN4inwUFKw/s1600-h/Decorating+the+tree+part+two+068.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5139836159050536306" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPFToJJjhnx-3PvjQ0pAC_Gmeh8jNJvg8O2xF4U6EltJhrC-jpfyUxixZIJoeyda58nqDXddS_JTevA1hyphenhyphen-7XkN_chyphenhyphenNfbA7iIUV2MilfK6Mq5y1thDx0cPlakU9-LKD1nyN4inwUFKw/s320/Decorating+the+tree+part+two+068.JPG" border="0" /></a> So, what do you have to do to win? Just leave a comment on this post. In your comment, you have to tell me two things.<br /><br />1. What is the #1 stamping/paper crafting thing on your Christmas wish list this year?<br />2. What is your favorite, yummy holiday treat? I'm looking for ideas, so recipes are very much so welcome! :-)<br /><br />My answers?<br /><br />1. All the Tim Holtz stuff. The Distress Inks, and powders, and some of the unmounted stamp sets. Cool stuff!<br /><br />2. Chocolate Chip Cookies - Yes, I know, boring. My second is probably the cheesecake that I only ever make for Christmas. I always look forward to that. <br /><br />I will draw a winner from the comments on Sunday, so check back to see who wins!Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com24tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-62575907086139654512007-12-02T13:42:00.000-08:002009-08-30T07:01:12.020-07:002-4-6-8 JoyHere is a little 2-4-6-8 box that I made for Christmas. These are a really good size for putting some little candies in, or maybe even a small ornament. All of the stamps on this one are from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=1854&cid=117&pid=103" target="new">Simply Christmas</a> stamp set, and the cardstocks are from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=870&cid=176&pid=173" target="new">Amelia collection</a>.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJ-fRrs39dh5EidU4MIG3Vm9bjMINfgetynL_RHFqZea__w72JHCV0p2aWtqLddg2LHWEmcupOnE7qAZjb17lIRPKC-J8MVfUJD23WRsTeBwy4QNqaM1DAcZkZxsvSepSfSu6ASVp3dg/s1600-h/Snow+%26+box+020.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5139494348373251410" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJ-fRrs39dh5EidU4MIG3Vm9bjMINfgetynL_RHFqZea__w72JHCV0p2aWtqLddg2LHWEmcupOnE7qAZjb17lIRPKC-J8MVfUJD23WRsTeBwy4QNqaM1DAcZkZxsvSepSfSu6ASVp3dg/s320/Snow+%26+box+020.JPG" /></a><br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-49861203950719175252007-12-01T18:58:00.000-08:002009-08-30T07:05:45.033-07:00Be Jolly MagnetHere is a really simple Christmas magnet that I made today. On this one I rounded all of the edges, and used circles for the main image just to change it up a bit. The white and light blue papers were both embossed using the Snowflakes embossing folder for the Cuttlebug. Plus I added a little gem to the snowflake to give it a little sparkle!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicBeGtAg1sUQWurws4-8fxn7qoygH6NVxkNkK716blch-1qB2Qxv9myCHS7ojnbr6wfNpdr25RiSsSg45T9CvLBdZ9XisO0pGDu8zScC9FYrd30VSLXlLHID74mJFv3DlVkQwzguGNgA/s1600-h/Snowflake+Sketch+Card+005.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5138766630589453586" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicBeGtAg1sUQWurws4-8fxn7qoygH6NVxkNkK716blch-1qB2Qxv9myCHS7ojnbr6wfNpdr25RiSsSg45T9CvLBdZ9XisO0pGDu8zScC9FYrd30VSLXlLHID74mJFv3DlVkQwzguGNgA/s320/Snowflake+Sketch+Card+005.JPG" /></a>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-41658877190598267692007-11-30T09:24:00.001-08:002009-08-30T07:08:52.710-07:00My First Card SketchI volunteered to do this weeks card sketch over on 2P's. I've never made card sketches before, so this is a first for me. My hubby was good enough to recommend using PowerPoint to make the sketch, and that made it a breeze - thanks honey! Being my first sketch and all, I wanted to keep it simple. Here is what I came up with...<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgijTQKsqz0w6vRPLxC9ht93LvGedLHmaqU821ghAfjOGxnY8dcsi6OmWDSELo1Kk4D1I0aJB-XdxaGiSiU5t2nDq2V_AzxWn1_ssHLEyveBPU3qepuD37CI-jpn0Mn9nCPDYlqu9TvNw/s1600-h/Slide1.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5138685858430250850" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgijTQKsqz0w6vRPLxC9ht93LvGedLHmaqU821ghAfjOGxnY8dcsi6OmWDSELo1Kk4D1I0aJB-XdxaGiSiU5t2nDq2V_AzxWn1_ssHLEyveBPU3qepuD37CI-jpn0Mn9nCPDYlqu9TvNw/s320/Slide1.JPG" /></a> And here is the card that I made based on the sketch...<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPpSDuuo65eeheuBglafeoE8soyeFX7b6u895gIcIdL27HqKln10BlFtG5AFMP2DhX2yRrXMKg2QxcKLmFxgjxrh6dYQUI-uLvLJhAQyeVwN5B1VwfeZbOBSpat7Cehl5K6l-eTip9fQ/s1600-h/Nov+Sketch+Card+002.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5138685862725218162" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPpSDuuo65eeheuBglafeoE8soyeFX7b6u895gIcIdL27HqKln10BlFtG5AFMP2DhX2yRrXMKg2QxcKLmFxgjxrh6dYQUI-uLvLJhAQyeVwN5B1VwfeZbOBSpat7Cehl5K6l-eTip9fQ/s320/Nov+Sketch+Card+002.JPG" /></a><br /><div>Give the sketch a try, they are always so fun to use and are great to get the creative juices flowing. I was playing with embossing some punched circles in my Cuttlebug and decided to put them together for a snowman. I used the Marvy scalloped circle punches. I can't remember the names of the three sizes, but I used the Pink, Blue, & Yellow punches. After I punched them I just ran them through my Cuttlebug with the Snowflakes embossing folder.<br /><br />To decorate him I used small brads for his eyes and nose, medium brads for his buttons, and I used Scrapper's Floss for his mouth and arms. Oh, and I added a little red flower brad on his hat.<br /><br />The flakes in the background are from TAC's <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=930&cid=166&pid=103">Snowflakes</a> stamp set, and the "Merry Christmas" stamp is one that I picked up at Hobby Lobby.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdeoi0ajpNXiWo5NQOQ_8PZrhz-v2zbqCn4Q7yVRw9hjWh2Naya_dOwocUnFUgm-RuA6ISKIluBXoQ8fZNQJy0edxI9UUabUz-MXoRxqiPP4HSaDcW0aJnd1H66mMAcPL9DSXobEjkjw/s1600-h/Snowman+Bag+002.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5137634141198544626" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdeoi0ajpNXiWo5NQOQ_8PZrhz-v2zbqCn4Q7yVRw9hjWh2Naya_dOwocUnFUgm-RuA6ISKIluBXoQ8fZNQJy0edxI9UUabUz-MXoRxqiPP4HSaDcW0aJnd1H66mMAcPL9DSXobEjkjw/s320/Snowman+Bag+002.JPG" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhAim4rRz4zKck5x5DGpqFcwjsl3uMzsBd0xoZ4glgEs6RyoIeXGsuEzrfDeEluaUBesVLSsxRKHoB32dXoyvkCZRAqwrnm905hOVpmMbbQZPICSUJVWVJ7M9kKquh0jpd-ZbKwOeBiow/s1600-h/Snowman+Bag+011.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5137634149788479234" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhAim4rRz4zKck5x5DGpqFcwjsl3uMzsBd0xoZ4glgEs6RyoIeXGsuEzrfDeEluaUBesVLSsxRKHoB32dXoyvkCZRAqwrnm905hOVpmMbbQZPICSUJVWVJ7M9kKquh0jpd-ZbKwOeBiow/s320/Snowman+Bag+011.JPG" /></a>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-27586771111080071912007-11-26T11:30:00.000-08:002009-08-30T07:11:05.427-07:00Santa Gift BagSince Thanksgiving is over now, I guess it is time to actually get serious about Christmas. I'm going to try to make more of my own gift wrap this year. This gift bag is the first of what will hopefully be many!<br /><br />I started with a gift bag that I got from the Dollar Tree. They were 2 for $1, so the price is right! I covered the front of the bag with paper from Vintage Holiday, which I believe has just sold out. The red cardstock at the top is from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2553&cid=175&pid=173">Bazzill reds pack</a> and the green is from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2544&cid=175&pid=173">Bazzill Greens pack</a>. The stamps, Santa and Santa's hat, are both from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2032&cid=117&pid=103">Tis the Season</a> stamp set.<br /><br />Now I am going to have to make a trip to Dollar Tree to get more bags to decorate!<br /><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8_irbJpqyI0IhVfHN9UMjwT9bv-jAJKxBUTwyNZut5_64Zj94AAtNTczIaHwa_M4XFQPOZJUPalGdAk75NbKnuzU-X66Y4n23XNMmA503rcNGnFHKFprMr8f83b8T-l2afKNVyYpPzg/s1600-h/Santa+Bag+007.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5137233729987473106" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8_irbJpqyI0IhVfHN9UMjwT9bv-jAJKxBUTwyNZut5_64Zj94AAtNTczIaHwa_M4XFQPOZJUPalGdAk75NbKnuzU-X66Y4n23XNMmA503rcNGnFHKFprMr8f83b8T-l2afKNVyYpPzg/s320/Santa+Bag+007.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-NtFY0rB4Pdl1_WwmRyDvUsCaagpvcrYILJ0ZeJXhiLOOdnOcI9zPOSF_QLWu3Il9j4YLyukpBhp8PSdc7yBA370APZuMQcNaPHhJ6WT01skDpMHusujHEbQbIHfC8SPm_OjumqljXA/s1600-h/Santa+Bag+too+002.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5137237999184965346" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-NtFY0rB4Pdl1_WwmRyDvUsCaagpvcrYILJ0ZeJXhiLOOdnOcI9zPOSF_QLWu3Il9j4YLyukpBhp8PSdc7yBA370APZuMQcNaPHhJ6WT01skDpMHusujHEbQbIHfC8SPm_OjumqljXA/s320/Santa+Bag+too+002.JPG" /></a>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-13918782769116995662007-11-19T10:11:00.000-08:002009-08-30T07:12:19.547-07:00Jingle, Jingle, Jingle! Here is another Christmas card that I made. I've done a lot of snowman cards lately, so I was trying to stay away from those guys a little bit so I went with this ornament. The background paper is embossed with the Snowflakes Cuttlebug folder, and the sentiment stamp is one of the $1 stamps from Michael's that I picked up. The ornament is a TAC stamp from the <a href="http://michelle.ismyangel.net/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?prodid=2032&cid=117&pid=103">Tis The Season</a> stamp set.<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigui_nfKNNuM9Lm6654zuk4ax6-bD26-qI0zgGi2N1qYdWzQhzdMV6a2Jq3gz42kr_hOg-l8brCgOm0uhwiHxGL3lyJujnlumpBrLpTXpS1xxP28N9cFifF1N3DpetD1HkyjPFzZI18w/s1600-h/Ornament+Card+002.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5134615788506771138" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigui_nfKNNuM9Lm6654zuk4ax6-bD26-qI0zgGi2N1qYdWzQhzdMV6a2Jq3gz42kr_hOg-l8brCgOm0uhwiHxGL3lyJujnlumpBrLpTXpS1xxP28N9cFifF1N3DpetD1HkyjPFzZI18w/s320/Ornament+Card+002.JPG" /></a><br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833034219006603896.post-45702519238497196212007-11-15T12:05:00.000-08:002009-08-30T07:13:37.979-07:00Card Candy Swap PiecesI got into a swap over on MWS called a Card Candy swap. I had never heard of card candy before. Turns out it is where, instead of making an entire card, you make and trade smaller pieces that can be added to a card or other project. Here are the four pieces that I made for the swap.<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhN9X_TIGKyYYe4htkOytmomQmNHSwe-H6w9QkBaJNLhzAeD-3g_XDqUOtOVyNQy15fhQNo1zt_Nisw4ShYskeg0q3FgR2RY5hiWF5OQN10pvheD54unvgD4twToILncN9TXn3QL4F1rA/s1600-h/Card+Candy+Swap+008.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; DISPLAY: block; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133161521170280114" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhN9X_TIGKyYYe4htkOytmomQmNHSwe-H6w9QkBaJNLhzAeD-3g_XDqUOtOVyNQy15fhQNo1zt_Nisw4ShYskeg0q3FgR2RY5hiWF5OQN10pvheD54unvgD4twToILncN9TXn3QL4F1rA/s320/Card+Candy+Swap+008.JPG" /></a> These were fun to make. It was a nice change thinking in terms of smaller embellishment pieces instead of a whole card. I can't wait to see what everyone else has made.<br /><div></div>Michellehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00472384538020932952noreply@blogger.com2
